SHIPPING
How do I check the current status of my orders?
We know you're excited about your order! While we aim to ship your items the same day, sometimes processing may take up to 48 hours. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can keep an eye on your package's journey.
What is the estimated delivery time?
We generally ship items within the timeframe specified on each product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days, but this may vary depending on your location.
How does the delivery process work?
All deliveries are handled by trusted couriers. When your order is shipped, we’ll notify you and provide tracking details. Just keep your fingers crossed and make sure you’re home to receive your package when it arrives!
I need it fast! Can you expedite my order?
We understand sometimes you need items urgently! If you're in a rush (say, for a special occasion), feel free to reach out to us, and we'll do our best to speed up the process.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only offer shipping within India. However, if you're located outside of India and would really like to place an order, do reach out to us, and we will see what we can do!
RETURNS
I've changed my mind. How do I return an item?
We want you to absolutely love your purchase, so if you need to return something, please email us at info@watchpioneer.com with your order details. We'll assist you with a smooth return process.
I received a damaged item. What now?
We’re sorry about that! Please send us a photo or video of the damage, and we’ll work with our fulfillment team to sort out a solution for you as quickly as possible.

How do I pay for an order?
We offer a variety of secure payment methods including credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express), internet banking, gift cards, and wallet options. Rest assured, all your transactions are securely encrypted for your peace of mind.
Are there any hidden charges (Octroi or Sales Tax)?
There are no hidden charges at Watchpioneer! The price listed for an item is final, and delivery charges are always free. COD charges, if applicable, are in accordance with our shipping policy.
What is Cash on Delivery (COD)?
If you prefer not to pay online, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for most pin codes. Pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep. Note that COD charges may apply based on the shipping policy.
How do I pay using a credit/debit card?
To pay using a credit or debit card, you will need to provide your card number, expiry date, and CVV. Once you’ve entered your details, you’ll be redirected to your bank’s secure page to confirm the payment.
Is it safe to use my credit/debit card?
Absolutely! We take your security seriously and use the highest level of encryption to protect your information. All payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways, and we do not store your credit card details after the transaction.
What steps does Watchpioneer take to prevent card fraud?
We continuously monitor transactions for any suspicious activity and work with our payment partners to flag and investigate potential fraud. In rare cases, we may request identification documents to verify your purchase. Your safety is our priority.
How do I edit or change my order?
Once an order is placed, it can no longer be edited. Please double-check everything—your cart, shipping address, and payment method—before finalizing your purchase!
DISCOUNT CODES & PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Who doesn’t love a good sale? While we frequently have promotions, they’re limited-time offers and can’t be applied retroactively. Be sure to enter your discount code at checkout, as we can’t adjust prices after your order is placed.
