Return Policy

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in unused condition with the original tags and packaging intact.

  • The product amount will be credited back to your original mode of payment 3-5 business days after we receive the returned products and complete the quality check.
  • Refund of shipping and COD charges is NOT applicable.
  • To self-ship your returns, please securely pack the items to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend using a reliable local courier service. Please share shipping details with your Order ID at info@watchpioneer.com.

Note: For replacements, follow the return procedure for the product you wish to exchange, and then use the store credit/discount coupon provided in your Watchpioneer account to place a new order.

For products without any manufacturing defects, return shipping charges will not be borne by Watchpioneer. However, in cases of dislike, wrong model ordered, incorrect size, or other issues not caused by us, reverse pickups can be arranged with a charge of Rs.100.

In case of manufacturing defects, please provide an image/video of the product received for verification purposes. A replacement or return can only be processed after verification.

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refund Policy

What are the terms and conditions for a refund?

You can request a refund or free replacement within 30 days of delivery if the product is found defective or damaged. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

If you are a guest user, you need to register with the email address used for the order to access your account.

How long does the refund procedure take?

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

Where should I return my product?

Please return the product to the address mentioned on the package. If the product is defective, we will reimburse the courier charges.

We recommend using 'Speed Post' as your courier service. If you are shipping items worth over Rs. 5000, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?

We update customers via email once the refund process has been initiated. If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to be processed. If needed, please contact your bank for more information.

Returns - Exemptions

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food or flowers)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Additional Non-returnable Items

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is posted. Next, contact your bank for further details.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be sent once the returned item is received.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.

We never ask for your Credit/Debit card numbers to initiate a refund. Please never share your card details or OTP with anyone, including Watchpioneer.com.
