What is the Shipping Philosophy of Watchpioneer®?

What is the delivery time period?

Orders within India are delivered within 10 to 15 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping address and accessibility.

Do you apply any shipping charges?

For orders within India, Watchpioneer offers free shipping on all prepaid orders. There will be a shipping charge for all COD (Cash on Delivery) orders. For shipping charges outside of India, please contact us at info@watchpioneer.com for more details.

How do I track my order?

If your logistics order number starts with 15, please select Xpressbee as the logistics transporter.
If your logistics order number starts with 2, please select Delhivery as the logistics transporter.

A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your product has been dispatched, including tracking details that allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of ordering.

How do I know if my package has shipped and is on its way?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email. After your order has been processed and is ready for shipment, you will receive another email with shipping details. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not guarantee that the carrier has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the carrier’s tracking features to check when your package has started transit.

Please allow 24-48 hours for the status to update after placing your order.

My tracking info shows my package was delivered, but I never received it?

We understand how important your order is! If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or household members in case someone else received it by mistake. The package may also have been left with property managers or in a secure location.
